Ari’s Journal Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Ari Wisner (Sole Trader). 

3. Eligibility to enter. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. 

4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 

5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.  

6. The prize draw is free to enter. 

7. How to enter. Sign up to the “Ari’s Journal” mailing list via https://www.ariwisner.com/journal. The prize draw will include all new subscribers as of 4th March 12:00am GMT 2025 until 30th April 23:59pm GMT 2025. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. 

8. To enter the prize draw simply subscribe to my mailing list via my website: https://www.ariwisner.com/journal 

9. Ari Wisner will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

10. The prize. The prize winner will receive a free tarot reading via Zoom/Video call and a signed copy of each Ari Wisner card decks: Trinity Tarot, Transient Light Tarot and the upcoming Find Your Own Way Oracle (July 2025). 

11. The winner will be drawn at random. 

12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

13. I reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

14. The decision of TLC regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

15. Winner announcement: The winner will be notified after 30 April 2025 via the email provided during subscription. 

16. Ari Wisner will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.  

17. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Ari Wisner reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

18. Receipt of the prize: Due to the publishing date of the Find Your Own Way Oracle, the prize may be sent within 14 days of 7th July 2025. Ari Wisner will endeavour to post the prize earlier than this if possible. The Tarot reading can be arranged any time after the winner has been notified, and will be scheduled by mutual arrangement.

19. Data protection and publicity: You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Ari Wisner for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within my privacy notice. 

20. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at hello@ariwisner.com 

21. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Ari Wisner. 

22. An announcement of the winners first name will be published via Ari Wisner’s newsletter and social channels (@ari_wisner on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube).

23. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Ari Wisner’s Privacy Notice. 

24. Limitation of Liability: Ari Wisner does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Ari Wisner does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 

25. Ari Wisner does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner. 

26. General: Ari Wisner reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice before the competition close date.

27. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
